(CUSTOMS)

 

S.R.O. (I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of.1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the ‘following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 372(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, namely:¬-

In the aforesaid Notification;

(1)      in Table I, under the heading “A. List of raw materials:”, after S.No.139, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:¬-

“139A .           Vitamin C Calcium Granules  3824.9099.” ; and

(2) in Table III,-

(a) in List A,¬-

(i)       after S.No 2, in column (1), and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-¬

“2A     2-Cholorobenzoic Acid.” ;

(ii)      after S.No.4, in column (1), and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:¬-

“4A     2,3 Dimethylaniline.” ;

(iii)     after S.No.45, in column (1), and entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-¬

“45A   Citric Acid (Monohydrated).”; and

(iv)     after S.No.96, in column (1), and entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:¬-

“96A   Hydroxy Benzoic Acid.” ; and

(b) in List B,-

(i)       after S.No.33, in column (1), and entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:¬-

“33A   Parabens.” ; and

(ii)      after S.No.37, in column (1), and entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:¬-

“37A   Piperazine Citrate.” .
